Domestic Shipping
We offer free shipping to the 48 mainland states within the United States. Orders are processed and shipped the same day. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
International Shipping
We currently offer shipping to the following international destinations, Canada, UK, Nigeria, India, Mexico, Philippines, UAE, Qatar, Uganda, Kenya and South Africa. Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days after your order is placed, and delivery times vary depending on your location. Please note that all international orders may be subject to additional customs fees and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping Method
We ship all orders via USPS or UPS, depending on the size and weight of your order. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and are based on the weight and size of your order. Free Shipping is provided for orders within mainland United States, excluding Hawaii, Alaska and the territories.
Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from LuxeMocha. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags and packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at customerservice@luxemocha.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with return instructions.
Please note that the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. In the event that a defective product was delivered, we will provide a return label. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that your package is delivered safely. Once we receive your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 3 business days.
Refunds
If you are approved for a refund, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7 business days depending on your bank. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or product, please contact us at customerservice@luxemocha.com to initiate the exchange process. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at customerservice@luxemocha.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions for returning the item. Once we receive your return, we will process a replacement or refund as appropriate.
